LYMAN — The Village of Lyman says it stands by the actions of a police officer who shot a Rottweiler during a September incident.
Officer Ray Huffman, acting in his capacity as a Lyman police officer, shot a Rottweiler owned by Lyman resident Raul Ayala on Sept. 22.
