A former Morrill man who had escaped a Wyoming inmate release program allegedly pulled a weapon as he struggled with police attempting to apprehend him in Scottsbluff, according to court documents.
Adrian Sosa, 26, appeared Wednesday for arraignment on a felony counts of being a felon in possession of a handgun and possession of a controlled substance, two counts of assault of a police officer and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
