A language and culture partnership between Scottsbluff schools and a Chinese university will continue for the next three years.

The China Exchange Program involves Scottsbluff High School and Bluffs Middle School. During the first Scottsbluff Public Schools board meeting of the year, SHS Principal Matt Huck urged the board to continue the program
