Oh how sad to read about Happy, I always loved her name and hardly ever saw her without a smile on her face. Maybe a couple times at 4-H meetings when there was no control. My daughter Cindy spent many nights with Melody at the house and had great memories. I even remember one time when Mel and Cindy skipped school together. Happy called me and we discussed the punishment which I cannot even remember what it was. Happy always had time to stop and visit, sad to know the Greathouse/Whipple corner will be forever changed now. My sympathies to all you girls, spouses and g'babies, I know she loved everyone so much.

Obituary Search Tips

  • Enter a full name, a last name (confirm the spelling) and/or keywords in the search box.

If your search is unsuccessful, try removing the first name. The person's known name may not be the name on record.

Try adding quotation marks to a keyword phrase for an exact match, or simply search by date or date-range for broader results.
