Bob and Minetta Coover of Scottsbluff celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary on Friday, June 7, 2019.

They were married at Scottsbluff on June 7, 1959. Bob was city mail carrier w/the U.S. Post Office at Scottsbluff for 32 years. Minetta was para-educator and substitute teacher at Scottsbluff and Gering Schools for 31 years. After retirement, the couple spent eight winters in the Phoenix, Arizona, area.

Their three sons: Mark and wife Sharron of Bennett, Colorado. (He is project engineer with Stellar Solutions at Buckley AFB, Aurora, Colorado); Jon and wife Chris of Larkspur, Colorado (He is project engineer with Lockheed-Martin at Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, Colorado); Brian and wife Joy of Golden, Colorado (He is Software engineer with Lockheed-Martin at Buckley, AFB, Aurora, Colorado); nine grandchildren: Matthew of Denver, Colorado – Deployed overseas with The Air National Guard; Kelly – Engineer with P-Mct at Aurora, Colorado; Ariana – Radiology Student at Parker, Colorado – Husband Steve Schuelke with Dakota Pipelines; Isaac – Welding Student at Pikes Peak College, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mikenna – Pre-Med student at University of Denver.; Brynna – Nurse’s College at Greeley, Colorado; Joshua – Elementary Student at Golden, Colorado; Paul – with Center of Disease Control at Fort Collins, Colorado; great-grandson – Jonah due in Aug. 2019.

We wish to thank our family, friends, relative and neighbors for their help and support throughout the years. We have been bountifully blessed by God’s unconditional love. All is greatly appreciated.
