Eastern Wyoming College Agriculture Instructor Monte Stokes was appointed to the Wyoming Vocational Agriculture Teachers Association (WVATA) Board at their recent summer conference in Casper, Wyoming. His appointment is a 4 year term in which he will serve as treasurer for two years and then move up through President Elect and President.

The WVATA is the professional organization for agriculture education instructors in the State of Wyoming and a division of the Wyoming Association for Career and Technical Education (WACTE) which works to promote and support career and technical education. Members are committed to promoting and improving agriculture education and opportunities for Wyoming Agriculture youth.
