A 70-year-old Scottsbluff woman suffered injuries during a collision Tuesday morning.

Kathleen Freadrich, 70, of Scottsbluff, was transported to Regional West Medical Center by Valley Ambulance after she was involved in a collision at Avenue N and South Beltline Highway.

According to information released by Sgt. Steve Lopez of the Scottsbluff Police Department, Fraedrich had been the driver of a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer headed south on Avenue N when she stopped at a posted sign at the intersection of South Beltline Highway. After stopping, Fraedrich entered the intersection, allegedly failing to yield the right of way to a westbound 2005 Sterling concrete truck driven by Nicholas Schultz, 29, of Minatare.

Schultz was not injured.
