2:16 p.m. — In the 00 block of Terry Boulevard, Joseph Flood, 33, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

2:41 p.m. — Police investigated a report of identity theft in the 1500 block of Avenue E.

4:34 p.m. — At Target, a 17-year-old boy was cited on a charge of minor in possession and theft by shoplifting.

7:57 p.m. — In the 800 block of East 27th Street, two juveniles were cited on charges of minor in possession and fighting by mutual consent.

9:26 p.m. — In the 700 block of East Eighth Street, Fernando Villarreal, 36, was cited on a charge of disturbing the peace.

May 17

1:19 a.m. — In the 600 block of East 27th Street, Angela Flores was arrested for possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine and possession of an open alcohol container.

6:59 a.m. — Police responded to a burglary report in the 1300 block of Avenue N. No arrests or citations were noted.

8:20 a.m. — Police received a report of a theft from a building in the 4000 block of Avenue B. Further details were not provided in the report.

11:15 a.m. — In the 200 block of West 26th Street, police responded to a report of a burglary at a trailer and made contact with several individuals. One of the individuals, Vincent Throckmorton, 48, was arrested on a Texas warrant.

4:55 p.m. — Police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Ninth Avenue. Michael Ockinga, 60, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.

May 18

12:48 a.m. — Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Broadway. Jacob Gompert, 20, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

4:34 a.m. — Police responded to a report of an alarm in the 2400 block of Avenue F. Alejandro Reyes, 29, was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest. Reyes was also arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

11:10 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the 1600 block of First Avenue. Tabor Laws, 25, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.

May 19

12:48 a.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault in the 1700 block of Broadway.

10:23 a.m. — In the 00 block of S. Beltline Highway, Sharon Machado, 25, was cited on a narcotic violation.

11:14 a.m. — Police responded to Dollar General, 818 E. Overland, regarding a possible shoplifting. Samantha Hightower, 35, was cited on a charge of trespassing.

May 3

Charges of driving under suspension and failure to appear against Anna Pruneda, 47, were dismissed.

A charge of no operator’s license against Paul H. Souders, 22, was dismissed.

Gregorio Reyes-Santayo, 33, was fined $150 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Michael A. Ockinga, 60, was fined $275 on charges of no valid registration, no proof of insurance and unlawful display of plates.

May 6

Christian Perez, 20, was fined $552 on a charge of minor in possession.

Fabian Lerma, 33, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, one year license revocation and fined $100 on charges of driving under suspension and unlawful display of plates.

Samuel Diaz, 28, was fined $425 on charges of no proof of insurance, no proof of ownership and no opeator’s license.
