6:44 p.m. — In the 2400 block of Broadway, officers investigated a disturbance.

10:41 p.m. — At the intersection of Broadway and Avenue A, police stopped a vehicle for speeding. John Roche, 31, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension, speeding and seat belt violation.

11:11 p.m. - In the 600 block of E. 9th Street, police responded to a report of a liquor law violation. Mario Jaramillo, 49, was cited on a charge of serving alcohol without a permit.

11:56 p.m. — At the intersection of 14th Avenue and E. Seventh Street, Victor Torresdey, 20, was arrested on charges of flight to avoid arrest, driving under the influence, minor in possession, refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test, refusal to submit to a chemical test, willful reckless driving and obstructing a police officer.

May 26

1:01 a.m. — In the 1700 block of Broadway, David Lopez, 37, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

1:07 a.m. — In the 00 block of Marcus Drive, police investigated a burglary.

5:32 a.m. — In the 1500 block of 14th Avenue, Ephraim Blanco, 23, was cited on charges of disturbing the peace and vandalism.

1:07 p.m. — In the 1300 block of Avenue G, police investigated a report of a possible theft of medications.

6:40 p.m. — In the 1500 block of Park Street, police investigated a disturbance.

7:55 p.m. — In the 1700 block of Eight Avenue, police conducted a traffic stop. Tanya Wurm, 46, and Andrea Mitchell, 33, were arrested on narcotics violations.

9:43 p.m. — In the 1500 block of Seventh Avenue, police investigated a theft.

11:29 p.m. — At the intersection of E. 26th Street and Circle Drive, an officer stopped a vehicle observed traveling at a high rate of speed. Brooke Alvarez, 23, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

May 27

12:37 a.m. — At the intersection of Ninth Avenue and E. 17th Street, Luis Ayala, 32, was arrested on charges of flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, possession of marijuana, obstructing police and resisting arrest after he allegedly lead officers on a small pursuit.

7:47 a.m. — In the 1700 block of Portal Place, Drue Windhorst, 45, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

9:31 a.m. — In the 1300 block of Fourth Avenue, Juan Carlos Galindo, 20, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

12:25 p.m. — At Walmart, police cited Danae Carnes, 19, and Destiny Lerma, 19, on charges of minor in possession.

12:25 p.m. — At Walmart, police responded to a report of a fight occurring in a vehicle. Everardo Garcia III, 40, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

1:42 p.m. — In the 400 block of W. 19th Street, officers investigated a report of assault by intimidation. Additional details were not available in the report.

4:23 p.m. — At Walmart, Ryan Elizabeth Johnson, 36, was cited on a charge of trespassing.

7:05 p.m. — In the 2300 block of Sixth Avenue, police investigated a civil matter and possible assault. No arrests or citations were noted.

12:16 p.m. — At Tulaca Lane and Wyndcrest Terrace, police took a report of vandalism to construction equipment.

2:11 p.m. — At the Scottsbluff Police Department, officers arrested John Helton, 53, on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

4:02 p.m. — In the 2300 block of Avenue I, officers arrested Michael Gdowski, 33, on an Adams County warrant.

4:30 p.m. — At the Scottsbluff Police Department, police took a report of sexual assault. Additional details were not available.

5:39 p.m. — In the 500 block of W. 40th Street, Kenneth Gillam, 57, and Dianne Carnes, 43, were cited on charges of disturbing the peace.

9:22 p.m. — At Kelly’s Liquor Cabinet, 817 W. 27th Street, Melissa Gdowski, 38, was cited on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

8:27 a.m. — Police investigated a report a child abuse and neglect report. Parties participated in an investigation and no further police action was needed, according to the report.
