Nichole R. Martinez, 30, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $50 on a charge of second-degree trespassing.

Christopher Gomez, 30, was fined $124 on a charge of no operator’s license.

John R. McMackin, 21, was fined $275 on charges of violating a stop sign and licensing a vehicle without liability insurance.

Justice Hughes, 23, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, one year license revocation and fined $625 on a charge of driving under the influence (BAC over .15).

Latricia D. Beall, 34, was fined $150 on a charge of first-degree trespassing.

Kyle Dillon, 32, was fined $300 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Delgadeno C. Gomez, 41, was fined $102 on a charge of dog running at large.

Jonathan J. Park, 21, was fined $449 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raymond Lapp, 64, was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $552 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Hilda Mata, 35, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $550 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

April 23

A charge of criminal mischief against Jeffrey S. Lujan, 35, has been dismissed.

A charge of theft by unlawful taking against Samantha Hightower, 35, was dismissed.

James L. Moody, 45, was acquitted on a charge of driving under the influence.

Savannah C. Kiss, 20, was fined $150 on a charge of attempted violation of a protection order.

April 24

Jamie C. Castaneda, 32, was fined $550 on a charge of possession of marijuana, second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Doreen Schaub, 55, was fined $250 on a charge of issuing an insufficient funds check.

Brandon L. Byers, 20, was fined $250 on a charge of theft by deception.

Tyrese Lamar, 19, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, six months license revocation and fined $725 on charges of driving under the influence, no proof of insurance and no valid registration.

Stacy Russell, 44, was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $889 on a charge of third degree assault. April 25

Dennis J. Condon, 31, was sentenced to six months probation, 60 days license revocation and fined $860 on charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Jessica Montanez, 30, was fined $175 on a charge of driving under suspension and no valid registration.

Justin R. Brown, 26, was sentenced to 90 days jail and fined $50 on charges of violating a harassment protection order and resisting arrest, second offense.
