March 7

4:41 p.m. — An officer responded to Dollar General, 818 E. Overland Dr. After investigation, Nicole Mata, 24, was cited for such. See report for details.

7:30 p.m., — Officers investigated a report of a domestic assault. As a result of the investigation, Edgar Reyes, 27,arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic assault.

March 8

2:24 p.m. — In the 1400 block of Second Avenue, police responded to a report of a possible suicidal person. After investigation Brock Moore,. 21, was arrested on charges of terroristic threats.

8:38 p.m. — In the 200 block of East 27th Street, a driver of a vehicle nearly struck a police patrol vehicle after crossing the center line of the roadway. The officer stopped the driver, identified as Brett Teeter, 60, on charges of driving under the influence, driving under suspension and no proof of insurance.

March 9

4:46 p.m. — An officer observed a vehicle traveling in the 0000 block of South Beltline East with no plates or in transit sticker. The officer stopped the vehicle and cited the driver Esequiel Rodriguez, 37, was cited and released on a charge of driving under suspension.

7:30 p.m. — An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for defective taillight. Upon investigation, the passenger, Willard New Jr, 27, was arrested on two Scotts Bluff County warrants.

11:54 p.m. — Scottsbluff Police responded to the 1900 block of First Avenue in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victor Dominguez, date of birth not included in the report, was arrested on a charge of aggravated domestic assault.

11:58 p.m. — An officer was contacted at a bar in the 1700 block of Broadway Avenue by a man advising he has a warrant for his arrest. The man, Mark Sohl,

March 10

1:48 a.m. — Police were dispatched to a non-injury crash on the Avenue I river bridge. Upon investigation Jesse Suttles, date of birth not listed in the report, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.

3:32 p.m. — Police responded to The Bluebird Trailer Park, 1200 block of Fifth Avenue, regarding an argument occurring. Kelly Donbraska, 31, and Rebecka Pettis, 35, were both cited for disorderly conduct as a result.

March 11

12:50 p.m. — Police arrested Matthew Moore, 32, on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

10:07 p.m. — Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of East 18th Street in response to a woman destroying property. Police issued a citation to Jennifer Cole, 41, cited on a charge of vandalism.

March 12

12:35 p.m. — Police investigated a report of an intoxicated student at Scottsbluff High School. An officer issued a citation to one male student on a charge of minor in possession.

March 14

4:30 p.m. — An officer was dispatched to a hotel in the 1800 block of E. 20th Street in regards to a domestic assault report. Upon investigation, Eric Woods, 20, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and strangulation.

March 15

10:22 p.m. — At Tenth Avenue/East Overland, an arrested Angelica Garza, 22, on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

March 16

1:59 p.m. — An officer received a report of trespassing at a residence in the 1100 block of 10th Avenue. Upon further investigation, an officer arrested Roy Briones, 41, was arrested on outstanding warrants.

7:19 p.m. — In the 1400 block of Second Avenue, an officer arrested Anselmo Fuentes, 21, on a Morrill County warrant.

10:18 p.m. — At the intersection of E. 19th Street and First Avenue, an officer arrested Ashley Little Wolf, 32, was arrested a Dawson County warrant.

March 17

1:08 a.m. — An officer observed a vehicle stuck in the 1300 block of Fifth Avenue. The driver, Cesar Reyes, 22, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.
