The Huskers led 14-10 at one point in the second quarter, but then Wisconsin scored 24 unanswered points and went on to win 37-21 on Saturday in Memorial Stadium.
Nebraska (4-6, 2-5 Big Ten) suffered its fourth straight loss and fifth in the last six games. It needs to win its final two games against Maryland and Iowa to avoid missing a bowl game for the third straight season.
This was the eighth loss to Wisconsin in nine tries since Nebraska joined the Big Ten. Badger running back Jonathan Taylor was the star with more than 200 rushing yards.
The Huskers return to action next week at Maryland.
