Ryan Bolzer wins 46th Morrill Open

MORRILL — Ryan Bolzer of Gering, beat out Jordan Raben of Chadron in a one-hole playoff to capture the 46th Annual Morrill Open Golf Tournament title, last weekend at the Rolling Green Golf Course.

Bolzer and Raben both shot rounds of 145 to lead the 36-hole tournament. Just four strokes separated the top six golfers in the Championship Flight. Kash Kaufman shot a 146 to place third while Eric Freeburg fired a 147 to place fourth.
